Yoga

Yoga is a path that connects body, breath, mind and consciousness.

It is not just a physical exercise, but a holistic system of development that aims for inner peace, balance and a deeper connection with oneself. We explain the principles of traditional yoga - hatha, raja, bhakti - and why breath, concentration and meditation are as important as movement.

  • Calming the mind and a deeper awareness of the body

  • Harmonizing life energy and breath (prāṇa)

  • Awakening consciousness and inner stability

Meditation

Meditation (dhyāna) is an inner discipline that leads to calming the mind, deepening the breath and awakening consciousness.

A distinction is made between concentration, mindful observation and deep rest in the present. Meditation is a tool for releasing stress, calming the nervous system and developing mindfulness.

  • Deep calming of body and mind

  • Stabilizing the breath and nervous system

  • Expanding consciousness and strengthening the inner center

Psychology

The psychology of consciousness combines a modern depth approach with archetypal symbolism and spiritual introspection.

It includes work with the unconscious, the shadow, the inner child, archetypes and fears rooted in the body and psyche. Integrating trauma, developing the capacity for inner stability and relationship is key.

  • Working with trauma, inner wounds and anxiety

  • Conscious integration of shadow, emotions and personal history

  • Archetypes, the unconscious, and the path to wholeness

Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a traditional Indian system of medicine and life wisdom.

It is based on the principles of balance of body, mind and life energy (prāṇa), working with the typology of doshas (vata, pitta, kapha), the qualities of mind (guna) and the inner fire of digestion (agni). It emphasizes prevention, rhythm, nutrition, breath and psychosomatics.

  • Harmonization of the body according to constitution and season

  • Prevention of disease through nutrition, regimen and herbs

  • Balancing doshas, emotions and life energy

Jyotish

Jyotish is a traditional Vedic astrology - a system of working with time, karma and the inner potential of a person.

It uses precise calculations based on the date, time and place of birth. Through the planetary cycles (daśā), signs (rāśi) and planetary influences (graha), it helps to reveal life's themes, gifts and appropriate moments for important decisions.

  • Understanding Life Direction, Karma and Dharma

  • Insights into relationships, health, professional and inner issues

  • Working with time, cycles and conscious decision making

Tantra

Tantra is an integral spiritual system that seeks direct knowledge of reality through body, energy and consciousness.

It includes work with chakras, prana, mantras, mudras, inner visualization (yantra), ritual purity and concentration. The goal is not to escape the world, but to sanctify it through deep inner transformation.

  • Conscious integration of body, mind and subtle energy (prāṇa)

  • Activation of the subtle centres of consciousness (chakras) and their purification

  • Direct path to knowledge and integration through practice
